In this project, Häberle & Schwimmer GmbH implemented a customized solution for level measurement in a reactor vessel. The challenge was to develop a float capable of withstanding extreme thermal stresses and aggressive chemical media while simultaneously ensuring precise signal transmission for process automation.Technical Implementation & Specifications: For the implementation, our experts relied on high-quality stainless steel (1.4404/1.4571). Thanks to our decades of experience in instrumentation engineering, we were able to manufacture a custom design that was precisely calibrated to the density of the liquid. Using state-of-the-art welding processes (TIG/plasma), absolute leak-tightness of the hollow float was guaranteed, which is essential for operational safety in chemical process engineering.Project highlights:- Custom design: Optimized cylindrical float to prevent deposits.
